FFF- week something?

I know I haven't been posting the last few weeks on the fitness topic, but I'm still walking regularly and occasionally trying to be on a diet (not super successfully). My weight seems to be holding steady.

    Good going on the regular walking - I'm sure that's helping.

    1. Today it is so humid and so buggy I don't think I can stand to walk outside. I'm thinking of some indoor exercises.

  4. One bit of excitement for me. I need to get my driver's license renewed, and the old weight I had on there was 23lbs heavier than my current weight, so I get to change that. Woot!
